No reply to e-mails & bad attitude from callcentre

We recently got a Neotel voice line at home and after quite a few calls and complaints eventually got it activated. Very quickly we realised that there is no signal in our area and the phone is basically useless to us.
When I called the call center, they said that we have to put up an antenna at our cost to improve the quality of the signal. Non of this was mentioned when agreeing to the terms of the contract. I then requested that the whole thing be cancelled and they put me through to someone else - after holding for about 10min I put down the phone and sent an e-mail.
After a week I called to follow up on the e-mail and was told I sent it to the wrong person at Neotel - I cannot believe that the person who received the mail could not reply to me and tell me this, or forward it to the relevant people, they all surely work for Neotel and surely should have customer service at the top of their priority list?
I have forwarded the e-mail to the correct e-mail address and now 3 working days later have still not received a reply or any feedback. I refuse to use more of my money calling an unhelpful call center only to be given a story again.
