"Technical problem" for prepaid customers

I am very disappointed with neortel's lack of interest to sort out the problems being experienced by their prepaid customers. How can a fault take more than 2 weeks to sort out? Are they even doing anything about it, or is that just the story that is being told to us? Being that almost every complaint on hello peter regarding neotel has the exact same response, clearly they are not taking our complaints seriously. I am almost at the point of driving to the nearest neotel store and giving them back their phone and asking for a refund!!! Ridiculous!!
