I recently upgraded and had a line transferred into my name with Vodacom. The whole process has been tedious and I have been sent from pillar to post from a small thing like getting a sim swop to a microsim for the new phone through to my phone account being suspended - all in the space of a week. I have contacted the call centre and spoken to more than 5 call centre agents all of who seem to have no clue what is going on and noone has been able to come up with a solution to unlock my phone or update the limit on the contract. What on earth is going on?!
