Vodacom... Worst service ever!!!

So lats month I put an article online about how vodacom fraudulanty added additional documents to my contract after it was concluded which lead to them illegally debiting money from my account. A few hours later I received a call from them with an apology and reasurance that they would fix the problem. Its been two weeks now and the problem still exists! To make matters worse they did exactly the same thing this month as what they did last month! See they know that I cant stop the debit order because if i do so then they cut my line and if i dont they just keep taking extra funds from my account! What to do? Maybe switch to MTN? There must be a reason MTN is the biggest in Africa! How I hate Vodacom! Anyone out there that can offer me some legal assistance? It will be much appreciated.
