? bad employee policy

Hi i had sent blackberry an email yesterday with the email address that was on their webpage and there has been no response. i spent hours actually looking for a correspondent email address as well as their facebook page however it seems hard to communicate.

my questions is about their employee policy. are employees allowed to buy phones at discounted rates and then resell these?
