Double Debited TWICE!!

Four Months ago I upgraded my cellphone contract. TWO months in a ROW I have now been debited TRIPPLE what I am supposed to pay! Last month I queried it and nothing was done about it, so when ANOLTHER debit order of over R 1, 000.00 came off this month (when my total bill is R 399) I was DISGUSTED!! I will NEVER sign another contract with Autopage even thoughy I have neen a loyal customer for years! Trying to get my money back from them is ANOTHER story as they will not refund my money into my bank account! As a result of me being over charged, my other debit order bounced and now I am liable for those charges as well as it reflecting badly on me as a consumer!! I will be taking this further, even to consumer watch if I do not get refunded! Extremely disapointed and Horrifieed by the customer service I have received and EVERY time I call I get a different story. DO not sign debit orders with AUTOPAGE!!!
