I received an sms on later 21st October regarding my cancellation of contract, I then called elite mobile requesting information and was advised that my contract is still live and that it has not been cancelled nor will it. Thereafter on the 4th of November i realised that it has been cancelled so i called again spoke to Mandla again who re-assured me that he will give me feedback by the end of working day. To date i have received no feedback, this is not the 1st time i received this poor service it happens whenever i call them. Makes me wonder on their efficiency of the customer service satisfaction.
