Insurance claim submitted 6 September 2013. To date not received even a call from Nashua regarding claim however every two weeks I receive an email stating "Your support request has been marked as closed. If you are not completely satisfied with the resolution to your problem, please reply to this ticket to have the support call re-opened. Ticket reference: GIH-8253-0609"
