Being disrespectful on my phone

I received a call this morning from a private number from a coloured lady saying she is call from elite mobile on behalf of vodacom, the lady never even bothered if its a convenient time for us to speak and just went to explain a long story about how I was preapproved for a contract with vodacom. I listen to her because didn't't ask for my permission to speak so at the end of that long explanation I told her that I'm not working and if they also offered this to unemployed people as I was not working at the moment. That's when she got rude asking me why I answered yes when she asked if I was working or not. To be honest she was not clear when she spoke because it sounded like she wanted to trick me into taking the contract hence she was speaking so fast. I hung up and after that I received an sms thanking me for the interest in elite mobile and that's when I got really upset. I immediately google the company name to get a number and found this number 0861 103 195which I called and spoke to Mandla Njoko who was able to check who called me and advised that it was Jennifer and told me he will send my complaint to the manager and will give me feedback on monday or tuesday
