The saga continues

I posted complaints on Thursday 24 October and then again on Thursday 31 October. I received a call from Blanche following last Thursday's report, explaining that the matter is being dealt with and that I should be expecting feedback.

However, yet another week has passed with no word from Cell C.

I am, in short, appalled.
