I really needed to let game management that William is very good person. I went to the shop on the 20th of October 2013 and saw the special; it was on Sunday. He did explained to me that he will call on a Thursday (24th of October 2013) so that I could fetch the item as I was going to fetch it myself. Exactly on Thursday morning I received a call from him with a smile. He is a very good sales person with integrity. Thanks so much. Very good attitude and very good customer service.
