Cell C
OVER TWO MONTHS AND NO RESOLUTION

I first posted on HelloPeter after a month of going backwards and forwards with Cell C over excessive charges on my account. This is now my fourth post on HelloPeter, the first having been on 24 October.

It appears my most recent post before this has been closed, after Blanche's assurance it would not be. She left me a voicemail on Wednesday 20 November saying that the query is still being investigated This is not good enough, regardless of which way you look at it and I have now heard nothing once again for over a week.

How long should I have to wait for this to be resolved and how many times do I have to beg Cell C for their assistance in this matter.

This is absolutely disgusting.
