Its time to upgrade my cell phone contract. I never got a reminder (least of my problem though). My main problem is that fact that i would LOVE to upgrade and stay with Autopage as a loyal customer for more than 10 years but im not PREPARED to pay this "admin fee" that the stores want to charge me. Why must i pay to stay a customer when a new customer pays no upfront payment. Can someone explain this to me in the simplest way??? Might as well cancel my contract with you guys and go to the opposition along with my family member's that also have contracts opened up around the same time as me if we all must pay this "rip off" fee. At least we wont have to pay any "upfront" payments to open up a (possible) new deal.
