Same old problems after EVERY upgrade

EVERY two years I upgrade, there's is a billing problem on both my contracts.
The previous time I was call by an Autopage representative who asked me if my problem was sorted out. I explained that this is a problem coming on more that a DECADE now. Well now after this upgrade, it's no exception. AGAIN Autopage did not deduct my reduced rate subscription... PLEASE guys this is now MORE THAN 10 YEARS THE SAME PROBLEM over and over and over!!!??? I signed an R61 @ 24 months and I was billed R100.
