I have been a Autopage/ Supercall Cellular customer for well over 10 years and the service i am now recieving has left me dumb struck.

Beginning of April my Phone was, I am a Car salesman and depend on my phone for leads. I call Autopage and ask if there is any way I can get an early upgrade (upgrade due in October) and maybe take an extended contract. They were unable to help. I purchased a new sim card (std) sim and borrowed an old Nokia till pay day (R105.00). Sorted.

Pay day comes around I purchase a Iphone4 they tell me i need to do a SIM swop (R 150.00) i now have two SIMS. This all happens in a two week period. I due to unforseen circumstances have to go back to a cell phone that uses a standard sim. Autopage tell me i have to do another SIM swop at a price of R105.00 even though i still have my old sim, so thats R 360.00 on sim cards in the last two weeks. Vodacom charge R60 a sim and you can buy a vodacom sim at pep stores for R1.99. So where is the value/service they are charging for.

After complaining to Autopage i get an SMS saying my complaint will be delt with in the next 24 hours, this morning i recieved an SMS saying its sorted - really. call me
