After having complained here because Autopage could not cancel my contract and move me to prepaid they eventually respond and have me moved in 2 DAYS. Wait it gets better... come Decembers billing cycle I can see the credit for the portion of December I was not on the contract but then they charge me the full amount and now plan to do it again.

After I phoned them in December I get told the December amount is the last amount ever... which isn't correct... and not this morning I get told, "Your contract is cancelled and my system won't let me do anything. I'll make a note for them to credit you." I'm sorry but I heard all their excuses when I tried to cancel the first time. Unfortunately to keep my sanity this time and to try and get someone there to actually do something, I'm making a complaint here. In the hopes that some people read and stay away. Really... stay away...

So the challenge is to Autopage... how long will it take this time if at all...
