I renewed and upgraded to an iPhone. I took a package offering 110 free calls anytime.. To date. I am billed for package as well as each call. I have called in numerous times and although promised a 24 hour turnaround response time on more than one occasion, No feedback forthcoming. What a disappointment! so frustrating
