ILLEGAL SIM SWOP DONE BY AUTOPAGE

Good day,
My name is Mervin Govender.
Auto page cellular has illegally swopped my sim card without any persmission or authorisation from myself. The contract has been transfereed from my previous employer to my name since July 2012 - and this contract is on my name and paid by myself monthly.
On the 16th October 2013, i received an sms advising a sim swopp was - i contacted autopage immediately and spent over 45 minutes on 2 calls and the swop was reversed. Feedback was requested as to who gave this permssion to do the sim swop -= and 24hrs later i merely received a statement via email.
on the 28th October 2013, i receive dthe same sms with an alternate refferecne number - advising a sim swop was successfully done. SINCE THE 28th October almost 17 months since the contract has been moved onto my name - I am unable to use my cellphone as they have done a sim swop WITHOUT MY AUTHORITY.
SINCE THE 28TH OCTOBER 2013 I HAVE SPENT CLOSE TO 3 HRS SINCE THE 28/10/2013 COMMUNICATING with AUTOPAGE - to date i am unable to use my cell phone and number which i am paying monthly - and NO ONE AT AUTO PAGE has any interest in assisting me - YET THEY HAVE ILLEAGLY DONE A SIM SWOP.
