Autopage
Delaying the process of my swim swop!

My phone was on Monday 12 August 2013, then I went for a swim swop at Autopage Cellular the same day, and since then my sim card has not been activated yet, I called customer service, like a lot times already. Then when I call they keep on telling me it take 2-24hours to be activated. I mean its almost 3days now, this is very annoying.
Feedback as soon as possible will be appreciated.
