This will be my 4th complaint and I think it won't be my last!
1. Months ago my contract ended and I was suppose to keep my number. To my surprise iauto page cancelled my number.my salary gets paid in via e-wallet and I lost my salary.not even fnb can locate it! I had to make a loan and now I am a bad payer aswell!!!
2.After many many calls they couldn't help me. I got a new number then they said they can only do a sim swop with another auto page sim!
3.Eventually brian maleka (Ace Interviewers) asked me for ny new sim number, afterwards on the 26 december I clearly instructed him voa e-mail NOT to do a sim swop on that number. I already informed everybody of my new number.
4.During this week he request the sim number of my old number that they cancelled. And I sent it to him
5.Today I got a notification stating that a sim swop was done on my new number! I was furious!!!
6. Now I cannot even phone out! I feel like screaming!!! I had urgent bussiness to do on my phone today and couldn't. I need my new number back.and my money!
7. Can anybody advise me if I can see a laywer. And where else can I post this complaint?
