Debited my account to pay someone else credit card

Very early on the 26/11/2013 I was awaken by an SMS from FNB alerting me that the amount of R4 835.00 has been debited from my account to pay for FNB credit card. I was shocked because I have already paid for my credit card with them on the previous day. In the morning whey they open the at Umhlanga Crescent Branch I was there to query this. I was told its a mistake they will reverse it, but it will take 5 working days. I told them that I can't wait for that long as I have my bond to pay that has a return debit order already. they promised me to sort this out by afternoon. I was not given any reference for this query and up to now no contact they have made with me. I tried to call them & the call centre no joy. My problem is that I have debit orders that have not been hourned e.g. bond, educational policy for my kids, etc. and right now I have failed to secure the finance for my child education for university because when I applied it was quickly seen that I have returned debit orders on my statements so I'm not a good payer.

I have no relation with the person they have paid my money to and I have never authorised them to do that. now I'm suffering for their mistake.
