I signed a contract 0n the 17/04/12 with MTN for a package of R399/pm. First few months were R299/pm as the Data included was free for the first 6 months. After being on the contract for 16 months, all of a sudden my monthly payment was now R499/pm. After making an enquiry on why it had changed to this amount, i was told that it was a promo fee for my phone. But nowhere on my contract does it state i must pay in for the phone or pay a promo fee. I've sent the customer-care numerous emails, at first they replied to my mails quick, but when i forwarded them my contract that states that they were wrong, i don't receive emails back from them.
