JD Financial Services
24 month contract lie

Business & Finance

I signed a 24 month contract in 2011. The first payment was due on the 1/8/2011 and the last payment was due on the 1/7/2013. Now according to my math that is 23 months and not 24 months. How can you state a 24 month contract which states first payment due 1/8/2011 and final payment due 1/7/2013? That is 23 months! and that is a and in breach of contract! The product which I purchased was is MacBook Pro 13inch laptop and it failed to work in July this year. I sent it in to get repaired/replaced but my claim was rejected because my contract has expired. This is rubbish as it states under the insurance clause of the contract that insurance is for 24 months which means I should still be covered until the 1 August 2013 as this is 24 months.

It is disgusting that you are quick to deduct money from a persons account but when we actually need help to get stuff sorted which you need to do as it is your job, you delay and reject claims. This is not on, I paid my account every month, not missing a single payment and this is the terrible response you give your customers.
