I tried calling your call centre and I must have been holding for probably half an hour before I finally just put the phone down. This is utter disgust - you people don't know the meaning of service.
The purpose of my call was to find out what we now have to dial to recharge pay as you go blackberry services cause dialing *141*11*1# no longer provides this option. Your alternative option to now dial *141*2# doesn't provide the same option, so it creates confusion. Your Customer Experience Manager is clearly not involved in changes you decide to make, so frustrating the client is all you're just doing.

Get back to me and let me know what we're supposed to do now to recharge blackberry pay-as-you-go features.
