Double Charged!!!

In September of this year when i received my statement from autopage i saw that they had double charged me on both my voice and data lines. Then i went to the kenilworth centre branch to see what the problem was. Candice helped me as she always does. The request for credits were logged on the system and co fir action messages came through to my phone, but at the end of the month i was debited the incorrect amount. I again went to Candies to try and sort this out. Another message was logged on the system, but an amount to be credited was still only sent to one of my two lines. We also tried to call customer services which never helped either. At the beginning of November i called Candies from Kenilworth centre branch to check and see if any balance was outstanding on my account and she said no, there is only the new statement amount for end November, but imagine my surprise when my bank account was debited on the 4th of November. I phoned Candice immediately, she was shocked. Later that day i went to the branch yet again to try sort this out. Another message was logged on the system and a telephone call was made again. I AM VERY IRATE WITH THIS SITUATION!!!
