Problems with MTN Contract

Hi. I am having major problems with MTN,

It started when my sister took a cell phone contract from the MTN Store in Chatsworth Centre for me. However they somehow took down the wrong bank details and the monthly instalment wasn't being deducted which wasn't realized as there is always money in the account,
After few months MTN disconnects the line. I then went to the store the contract was taken from and they tell me that they cant help me and that I will have to phone Head Office. H/O demands that we pay in R900 to reactivate the number 0783681688, this was done but now after a month of phoning MTN Head Office to reconnect it, it still isn't connected.

What really gets under my skin the most is that when I tried phoning my own number 0783681688 which is supposed to be disconnected, is that it actually rings and I spoke to a women who now has my number which was given to her on a contract she took in July.

I have the email stating that after this amount is paid that my number will be active, emailed dated 31/08/2013... But by then my number was already given away to someone else.

I kindly request that this matter be sorted asap! cause this is pathetic service.
