Good Day

I would like to inform the supplier MTN that i"m shocked by the poor service and response from the MTN Stone Ridge branch, i took my phone in for the second time almost two weeks ago, the branch didn't inform me once on whats happening, when i went today the sales consultant didn't even know if my phone was fixed that's when his colleague a lady went to check and she gave my phone, the phone was fixed with the issue but the side cover on my phone is broken and my phone is sealed without the access of removing the phone so i"m scared that it mite break even more, further the less when i asked what action is going to be taken they said they have to book it in again, so after three weeks i"m siting with a different problem, i did take my phone and i wouldn't recommend any one to use the Stone Ridge branch they are absolutely useless. Can someone assist with a positive approach to the matter.
