I would like to complaint about the service I received @ the MTN Stone Ridge store. Saturday 8 June I went to the store to upgrade a phone and also enquiring what to do to the BB 9900 whitewhich the BB botton doesn't work, as the phone is not even 2 months old yet, I was told by Kent (store manager) that the phone needs to be taken in & send for assessment it would take 7 to 10 days but a new phone will be issued because the phone is still brand new. We can take the phone to the repair centre in Boksburg & it would take 24h which we did, there I was told that they will issue me with a refurbish phone, I didnt want that & was send back to Stone Ridge. Kent said he'll take the phone to Midrand himself as I need the phone back by the 14th as my daughter is going away & need the phone. Yesterday I phoned to find out if I can collect the phone today & was told his still waiting for assessment & will get back to me, I'm still waiting. I then phoned this morning spoke to Edwin he would follow up & get back to me so I went to Stone Ridge myself, only to find out nothing has been followed up, after a few arguments Edwin promised that the phone will be delivers to me @ home, I'm still waiting
