Badly trained staff cant assist

Two issues
1. applied and paid for unisa data deal, but cell c cannot assist with loading the data as their staff has no clue about it.
2 most importantly is the bad attitude i recieved from the young lady mentioned above who refused to listen and understand my query then put me on hold and dropped the call - completely unacceptable behaviour in the client service industry.
