Syphoning cents per hour off cellphone accounts

Every hour cents are being syphoned off my account for no usage or service used. An amount of? R5 per day is being taken from my account.
I think this is happening to hundreds of thousands of accounts. I have spoken to call centre and placed the problem on their FB page. No response.
