i have never ever been a cell c client until this year when took up a data package. i have had endless issues with my connection. ii am typing to you as i wait in this endless Que in store. firstly there is no Que system in place which creates absolute caous in store as every client of yours is wanting to get the quickest service and leave. it is pass midday to all lunches should have been taken by staff as there is at times as little as 1 staff member assisting clients.right before my eyes i almost witnessed a in store where a proposed client has tried to a phone but due to a client noticing the suspicious behaviour was prevented. all of this could have been resolved should management have intervened or kept a firm grip on their business.i am still waiting to be served and i have been waiting approx 30 min in store... i will never again deal with cell c due to this poor service that i have recieved ..i trust that this mail finds the top management as this branch is putting a poor light on cell c is being run like an absolute circus.
