Cellphone collection 2 weeks overdue

I applied for a new contract with MTN 2 weeks ago, all is approved and I wait for a notification to collect my phone, I was told numerous times that my phone has not been delivered by the warehouse and no one knows when it will be delivered as there is shortage, I went to the store a few more times to follow up as no one was keeping me updated on the this matter and I was given the same story, I decided to change the handset to one of the popular phones and I was advised that it wont take as long to get this phone at latest I will get it in 24 hours, today I receive an sms that stock was delivered but my handset has not been delivered, I ask do I wait for 2 weeks again or is this matter to be treated as an urgent one, talk about bad customer service. I really am not impressed with the service of MTN Centurion (mall) this is pathetic. I am going to cancel with this service provider if I do not get my handset by end of business today!!!
