I thought the only rude people who do not care about customer service were taxi drivers but I was wrong. On Wednesday (05/06/2013), I went in the Nedbank Hammersdale branch to request an extension on my daily withdrawal limit and after having to wait in the for 30 minutes, I went to the counter to find 3 Nedbank employees but only 1 doing the work. When I asked why was only 1 person working, they told me that I need to wait in the queue like everybody else and not ask questions. When I mentioned that I was late and needed just to extend my limit, the employee told me that I needed to wait in the queue as she could not assist me as it was not her job (remember she is standing and doing nothing). I told her that I was going to refer them to HELLO PETER for their poor service and they said i must go ahead. What a shock of employees who do not care about their customers and their jobs for the matter of fact. I wish that these employees are to be dealt with so that in future they take their jobs seriously and give their customers the service they deserve.
