Yesterday I left my work 2 hours earlier so I could attend to a card problem. Northgate branch is convenient for me as they close at 5 and closer to home.

I needed to withdraw money and the card refused. the teller/lady told me it was blocked and she said I must go to enquiries. I went to enquiries and the guy with dreadlocks checked on the system and told me on his side there was nothing wrong with the card. Back to the lady (I have never seen bank staff in such a customer facing environment without name tags). The lady refered me back to the guy and I told her I cannot be playing this silly up and down, she must ask around, someone must know. she told me I must come back tomorrow and I told her I cannot come back tomorrow as I took time off from work and I work far. she had this stinking attitude and told me she is a teller and cannot help me and the guy at enquiries does not know his job and she will not assist me. like someone who has issues with me and less regard for what she is being paid to do, providing one stop customer service. The guy tried all he could to assist though he failed but I was happy that he even phoned the contact centre. he knew his job beta
