My e-mail to them. Let's see how long it actually takes to get a response, as I have given up on the call centre. Basically my have fallen off. Will need to go for anger management, after the last call...

The following account, ..., has been double billed for the amount of R835.72. We have tried on numerous account to resolve, as the credit management department admitted fault and said they would reimburse, within 3 days once we supply copy of ID. They were to send us e-mail details as for the to pay back by Wednesday.
This has not happened.
The same goes for the following account: ..., for a Mr. whom I manage certain accounts for, a double billing of R313, and odd cents, which comes off my account. Both Mr. Bilyard and myself have been very dissapointed in the service given by telkom credit management. Is there any chance that you may be able to rectify or do I need to spend more time contact a call centre that cannot assist. Have aleady made at least 5 calls and the last one, lasted almost an hour. Is there anyone out there able to help?
