28 cents too little internet line still suspended

i am so disgusted with 8ta service. I changed my bank account two months ago. Due to capitec not swiching my account my internet line got suspended. I called 8ta they gave me an amount of R398 to pay. i then paid it last week. I called back to find out why my line is still not on? I paid 28 cents tooooo little! If i dont go to the bank and pay a R28cents i lose 10gig data. And there is nothing no one can do about it? And after a week of speaking to thelumusa, minque, kgomotso and keegan they couldn't have told me? i think what i need to do is change banks again and then not pay 8ta at all! 28 cents really?
