Still waiting for Line to be installed

My mother was informed that Telkom will come to install her new ADSL line on the 31st of October 2013.]

The technician came to the house and as Murphy would have it, it was raining 15:30 when he was there. He then said he would be there the next day as he cannot work in the rain. at 16:30 the rain stopped FYI.

the next day we phoned at 13:00 as he was not yet there. They then said he will be there Saturday morning at 09:00. The Saturday morning at 10:30 we phoned yet again.

I then spoke to the technician who said he will talk to his supervisor to send someone as he was on leave.
Guess what no one came.

The following Monday 04/11/2013 we phoned yet again to get a escalation number 550358 and the promise that he will be there on Tuesday the 5th of November 2013 at 09:00. It is now 09:25 and guess what they are still not their.

This is by far the worst service I have ever seen and had. They want their money upfront or they don't do work you pay them and they don't do their work. I am not begging any more.

I would like the Midrand technicians supervisor along with the technician to fix this today.
I am not paying for this service!!!
