On 2nd of Nov (sat) I went to Mtn branch in clearwater the 1 that is next to sheet street I spoke to Rosina I wanted to upgrade to Tablet, she told me its not possible because am using Voice and I want to upgrade to data, then I left the store on 3rd of Nov (Sunday) I called the call centre (808) I spoke to Mosa I asked him about upgrading from voice to data he told me its possible the store needs to put in request and it will 24hours, then drove back to mall I went to Mtn that in next to Aldo which is same in clearwater I spoke to consulatants there they told me that yes is true I can upgrade to data, they even mentioned that customers are always complian about that branch (next to sheet street) because they lazy and dont wanna do their job, I decided to go and ask Rosina why did she mislead me with the information, she then called Khanyi who acted as if she is Manager then I asked Rosina why are you calling Khanyi because yesterday they was client screaming and yelling at Khanyi you also switched to be a Manager is that the Game that you using playing with customer, clearly they forgot that I was in there store yesterday, this Behaviour is unacceptable/ pathetic shame on them
