Still no word from Vodacom

I want CANCELLATION IN WRITING because just saying you're going to cancel an extra phone contract which you created and which were your error is not good enough. I either want proof in writing via postal / email. It has not been cancelled as to date because you still took off extra amount (end of October) off for a second phone contract??!!!

I want to know if I am going to receive my money back which was taken out of my account??!! Money you took off double for 3-4 months!!! Again end of October my account is over R1000, this is insane!!! Nobody is replying or answering me on this matter.

Can someone sort this out or at least contact me and let me know what is going on or is that too much to ask?

Slowly losing all my trust and patience, Vodacom :( Come on guys get your act together.
