Vodacom Inofrmation Needed

Hi.
This is in regards with my previous post on here.

Okay so this month I have finally saved up the money to pay Vodacom to settle my account. Now I get a invoice stating that instead of 6 800 it is not 15 000? How am i suppose to get that and why did no one tell me in my email that it will still go up every month? I was just told i had to pay that amount then they will re activate my account by an email sent to me after i created this post. Really shocked.
Please note that you cannot phone me as Vodacom stopped my phone. Email working.
