CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

My name is tiny sipho gumede my contract no is 89369 on the 22 of march 2013 i joined flexi club and yesterday i called to cancell my membership i was told i cant and that i was suppose to have cancelled 5 days after joining the club what suprises me is that before i signed the contract i asked abubaker the agent of the club that can i cancell anytime i want if i want to he said yes and even qouted another lady who cancelled recently to show that it not a problem to cancell but now u make it difficult for me to cancell i want my membership to be cancelled as soon as possible before the first debit order goes through on the 1st of june 2013 what also supruses me is that i dont qualify for points yet before the first debit goes through and yet u say i cant cant cancell i demand a cancellation asap my contact no is 0715347678.
