Handed over for a cancelled contract

Good day,
I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter 29 August 2013 with regard to being handed over for a contract that was cancelled in November 2009 (0846006592) Ref #1253036 to which I received a reply via email from Mr. B Maleka from Autopage. However I am unable to reply to the email I received and still do not have any confirmation that the matter has been attended to.
