Handed over for a cancelled contract??

It is with great disappointment that I write to you. I have not lived in South Africa since 01 July 2010, however I receive a text on my MTN no. on 14 August 2013 advising and I quote "Your Autopage Cellular acc has been handed over to DMC. Please contact us on 0861000116 and one of our friendly consultants will assist you by making arrangements for this account. Use 17498698 as ref" - I am unable to contact this number from overseas. On 28/11/2009 I cancelled the contract with Autopage Cellular on cell no. 084 600 6592 ref # 1253036 and 084 597 2843 ref # 1248831, however there seemed to be a technical issue in cancelling the my account pro and I was still being billed on a monthly basis after cancellation but was advised that the matter was handed over to your IT Dept to fix. I contact Cancellations Department (International Call) on 23/8/2013 - 011.650 2343 and spoke with Pauline. She has confirmed that the contract was cancelled & she will request a credit to be past & have a letter typed up saying that the account is in order. She would not take any email address to make any further contact, instead told me to call back to ensure it had been done! What?? Am I blacklisted to??
