Cancellation of expired Contract

I contacted Nedine Olivier directly via email, to cancell my cellphone contract that expered 18-9-2013. she confirmed that all was in order and that the enquiery was send through to Head office,
I confirmed with Sean Young at the Woodlands branch, he could not pick up anything on his system, this was a week before the expiry date of the contract. he made a note, and said he would get back to me in this regard, he never did.
i have send numeroud emails to Nedine Olivier, with no reply. i have copied in the managers, with no reply.
my contract with autopage ended, and i wanted my contract cancelled to go on to prepaid. it was said this could be done. i am still connected and have had no feedback from anybody in this regard. what else must i do???
