No explanation of invoice

Following my complaint dated 9 October 2013, and from MTN's response dated 11 Oct 2013, I waited for their invoice to be closed off. Upon receiving it I noticed I was being charged almost R3500 for a single day, 29 Sep 2013. On the 28 Oct, I called, as per response advised, to ask them to investigate exactly what I was being charged for on that one day. Was told this woukd take 5 to 10 days to investigate. No reference number was given. Today, 4 Nov, I call to follow up on investigations and am told according to what they found I was not connected to a wi-fi network therefore was being billed. I think that is pretty obvious and I cannot believe it takes this long for them to make such conclusions. So yet again I am asking MTN to investigate what happened to my data bundles because on that day in question I should've had enough data since it had just been loaded on top of the 1GB bundle I still had, which all just vanished into thin air. So in plain simple terms I would like MTN to tell me what happened to my data bundles and what sites or apps on my phone chowed all that data. And I still want my data bundlea that were frozen for a whole month.
