Data erroneously charged - no response

Erroneously charged me R4, 231.54 for data I never used. This was brought to their attention on 23 October 2013. The only response I received from MTN thus far is that their billing is correct. I however can supply evidence that the amount of data MTN claims was used, was never used as my device keeps track of data used. Further on the day MTN claims nearly R3, 000.00 worth of data was used I can supply specific evidence with witnesses corroborating my version that I did not use my I Phone for data. The only response from MTN has been that their billing is correct. MTN is not willing to investigate my claims. MTN last communicated with me concerning this matter on 13/11/2013.
Hopefully this report will get some response from MTN and they will be willing to investigate my complaint.
