NEW CONTRACT APPROVAL

I would just like to know why MTN takes so long to approve contracts? I applied for a Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini Yesterday, and there is still no news. When you apply at Cell C or Vodacom you get approval within 2 hours. The same thing happened when I took out my Samsung Tablet, I waited 5 days for approval. I also emailed customer care and have not yet received any feedback.
