My reacurring horiffic nightmare with vodacom

2 months later - vodacom is still taking my money and sending me airtime. I was sent an email by a manager Rochell Carolus, was told that they would have the phone collected which they did, that it would take 10 - 14 working days to get to their warehouse. It is now more than 14 working days, have made numerous calls to vodacom online orders and sending emails to their customer service department with no responce from them! I just received an email asking me not to use the R200 airtime that they have sent to my number so that they will be able to refund back my money. What about the bank charges? i work on a budget, after cancelling the contract with them i made other plans on utilising that R200 which i have not been able to do for 2 months now. I am very disappointed with the service i have received from vodacom and will never make this mistake again!
