Ought 25 25 GB but got ripedoff got 10 Gigs

I asked my sister to purchase the 25 25 GB data promotion from 8ta.
My sister went to Paarl Mall Telkom to buy the promotion, and the Telkom assistant assisted her in getting the bundle on her phone.

Now we are informed that the assistant choose the 10 gig option and 8ta is not liable.

We had this issue with the 8ta call centre and they resolved the case. We will be ripped off by 8ta as the Telkom agent chose wrong option - we only got 10 Gigs.
