Upgrade

I am a loyal MTN customer with two mobile contracts with the service provider. However i got shocked to find out that Althea has upgraded someone on my contract. The contract was due for an upgrade last month and they decided to take a cellphone from the shop using my name, my identity document with someone's picture and with signatures on the contract. I am now about to pay R800 for the two contracts which i was paying R378. I contacted MTN on their help line and it seems as if they are hiding behind the bush about it
